PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the delay and loss of a packet due to transmission through many routers on internet. SOLUTION: Connection management information is transferred between a client 101 and a server 104 by a message included in an additional header area of an HTTP protocol header, by which a direct connection is constructed between the client 101 and the server 104 along a substitutive route. QoS(quality of service) larger than that in the internet 103 is obtained by the direct connection. Address information of a sub-network 122 including kinds of the sub- network 122 and alternate internet protocol address are included in the connection management information.
