摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize and strengthen an interface between a cutter cartridge and a machine tool head by providing a noncircular cross section so that a surface tangentially contacts with a flat wall in an adjusting means and a cutter means is displaced in the direction for coming close to or separating from the flat wall as it is rotated. SOLUTION: A radial directional adjusting pin 30 has a noncircular cross section, and when its flat surface is positioned so as to come into contact with a recessed wall 40, an installing plate 27 as a cutter cartridge and a cutter element 25 are positioned in a position approaching the rotational axis of a machine tool head to the maximum extent. When the pin 30 is rotated around its one's own axis from this position, the cutter cartridge is separated in the radial direction by a distance X from the machine tool head. Since the pin 30 maintains complete contact with the recessed wall 40 of the machine tool head, receiving force can be dispersed differently from point contact seen in a conventional machine tool. An shaft directional adjustment can be performed by using an adjusting pin 50 and a set screw 52 similarly to a case of a radial directional adjustment.
