PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the torque required for opening/closing a pressure releasing valve by converting the fluid pressure in a housing on the inlet side of the valve into the torque on a shaft rotating the valve from a closed position to an opened position. SOLUTION: This assembly 20 is provided with a housing 22, a valve 24, a fitting means 26 for fitting the valve 24 to the housing 22 rotatably around a rotary axis 28, and a power means rotating the valve 24 between the closed position 32 and the opened position 34. The power means is a converting means fitted to be eccentrically rotated in a passage 50 via the disk valve 24, and converting the fluid pressure in the housing 22 into the torque applied to a shaft 38. The assembly 20 is provided with a releasing means 40 located on the outside of the housing 22. When the torque applied to the shaft 38 is a selected magnitude or below, the shaft 38 and the valve 24 are prevented from being rotated from the closed position. When the torque exceeds the selected magnitude, the assembly 20 is deformed to release the shaft 38. |
