Procedure for automated production of a flat distribution strip comprising two plates, through one of which 2 the contacts pass from one side to the other. The contacts of the said plate 2 are cut out with a press from a strip in which all are parallel, the leg 30 containing the break contact 27 being directed in the opposite direction to its final direction. Then this leg 30 is bent 30-A to 90 degrees, and the plate 2 is inserted at the back of the legs thus bent 30-A, which places the rest of the legs on the opposite side. Afterwards this leg 30-A is bent 30-B 90 degrees in the same direction until it is located 30-C in the receiving groove. <IMAGE>
