The present invention describes compounds of formula I: wherein B, D, E, R, W, Y, Z, b, c, d, e, f, g and h have meanings indicated in claims, which are leukocyte adhesion and migration inhibitors and/or VLA-4 adhesion receptor antagonists, belonging to group of integrines. The present invention refers to employment of compounds of formula I and pharmaceutical preparations containing such compounds for treatment or prophylaxis of diseases caused by an undesired leukocytes adhesion and/or leukocytes migration or related to them, or in which cell-matrix-cell interactions based on VLA-4 receptor interactions with its ligands play a role, for instance inflammatory processes, rheumatoid arthritis or allergic diseases, as well as to formula I compounds use to prepare medicaments to be employed in diseases of this kind. Further, The present invention refers to new compounds of formula I.
