The present invention refers to circular disc brushes with braided steel wires, which are conglutinated with a plastic, elastic material, at least in exterior regions thereof. Conglutination is carried out, particularly, with polyurethane, a heat-application adhesive, or a thermoplastic, block copolymer, preferably having elastomeric properties.
