<p>The invention discloses a method for batch or continuous producing of coagulated polymer latex particles consisting in partially or completely filling at least one container with one fluid. A which may be water, a polymer latex emulsion, a coagulating solution, the said container being provided with baffles comprising at least one orifice, injecting into the said container at leas one fluid, different from the fluid in the previous setep, the said injected fluid being a polymer latex emulsion and/or a coagulating solution, then creating and maintaining inside the said container an oscillating flow or a pulsed flow, in conjunction with vortex or whirlpool formation.</p> |
