The present invention describes how layer which fixes light is placed in panel during a panel screen effect process. Layer which fixes light can be softened when it is subjected to light, in order to allow phosphor layers to be fixed in panel. That is, layer which fixes light shows adhesive features when it is subjected to light. Therefore, after revealing all phosphor layers in panel, when light is radiated to layer which fixes light, layer which fixes light is softened, thereby fixing phosphor layers.
