The present invention is closely related with improvements introduced to lights, that is a device which is used to provide artificial light by energy passing through an incandescent lamp, wherein said light is specially designed to provide a maximum reliability, which can be used with huge advantage to solve illumination problems, mainly at social re-adaptation centers in our country and with which majority of security problems can be additionally minimized, such as maintenance, vandalism and costs produced in said places.
