The present invention refers to a fastening device, particularly a cables fastening device, for telecommunications and data technique. The present invention object of developing a fastening device of the type pointed out before, in which a hold of objects with different diameters is easily and reliably secured, and without the risk of an unacceptably high crushing of object, is achieved by insertion of a sleeve (2) with notches (4) of a basic body (6), and at least a fastening arm (5), in the fastening body (1) of which, object (3) to be fastened is fixedly introduced, in the notches (4) of which at least one of fastening body (1) fastening arms (5) fits, and by sleeve (2) spinning with respect to fixed basic body (6) which causes at least one of fastening arms (5) to reduce fastening body (1) fastening interior diameter (D).
