The present invention applicant has developed a process to obtain a new kind of pre-polymerized epoxy resins based adhesives; polyamides resins and isocyanates resins in a methylene chloride vehicle, useful to replace to cementable varnishes in magnet wire manufacturing. Process comprises the steps of: a) to prepare an epoxy pre-polymer based on a flexible epoxy resin and a solid epoxy resin with cyclohexylamine; b) to prepare a methane chloride and polyamide adhesive solution, to mix with a) product and a isocyanate resin blocked with methylendiamine to obtain said fast drying adhesive.
