The arrangement includes a sensor (15) coupled with a throttle valve (90) which adjusts the inlet volume of a combustion engine. A correction arrangement (2,3) provides a correction signal in response to an output signal provided by the sensor. The correction arrangement performs a null-point correction for compensating an individual divergence of the output signal of the sensor at an valve aperture, at which a predetermined specific inlet volume is reached, and a dynamic characteristic correction for compensating an individual dynamic behaviour of the output signal in response to a change of the valve aperture.
