WASHING AND DISINFECTING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REALISING THE SAME

The method of the present invention comprises continuously acting on the liquid detergent by applying mechanical vibrations at a frequency ranging from 20 Hz to 14 kHz. The vibrations are generated by a body which is submerged in the liquid detergent and has an anti-adhesion surface, and generate an exo-electronic emission at the separation limit of the liquid. An alternative electric field having the above-mentioned frequency is thus created in the liquid detergent. The present method uses a washing and disinfecting vibrator essentially based on an electro-mechanical converter which is sealed using a synthetic polymer having anti-adhesion properties, wherein said converter is connected to AC voltage power supply having a vibration frequency ranging from 20 Hz to 14 kHz. The synthetic polymer is chosen from a group of polymers having a bonding strength to polished metallic surfaces of 17N/cm<2> so as to prevent peeling-off. The frequency of the AC voltage source is selected so as to minimise the absorption of the mechanical vibrations by the polymers used in the present method.
