Control system for vehicle heater and air-conditioning unit

The control system of the heating or air conditioning unit is linked to a number of sensors which monitor the physiological parameters of the occupants of the space. The sensors can be non contact types eg. cameras and provide an accurate measure of the state of the occupants. The heating/air conditioning is controlled to provide the optimum readings of the parameters, without requiring any manual adjustments. The sensors monitor parameters such as skin temperature, skin humidity, pulse rates etc. The individuals can override the automatic control programme with manual adjustments. These adjustments are stored in the control memory and are used to modify the automatic control.
