<p>PURPOSE: To provide an information of interactive component that is an operating object in a graphical user interface to a visually handicapped person inn the form of nonvisual information by providing a screen information sampling part which samples the information of visually expressed interactive component. CONSTITUTION: A cursor coordinate acquiring part 22 obtains the information of cursor coordinates by inquiring of an interactive system 10. An interactive component attribute information acquiring part 23 samples the information of interactive component at the position of a cursor coordinate from the interactive system 10. An interactive component attribute information storage part 24 delivers the attribute information of interactive component to an information proposal control part 30. An information conversion part 31 selects attribute to be proposed finally and proposal media from the attribute information of interactive component, and makes the attribute information and an output file correspond to each other, informs an information proposal means 50 of a file name. A voice output part 52 and an acoustic output part 53 output data stored in a file with output file name transmitted from a sound source managing part 51 to an output device actually.</p> |
