<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to exchange solenoids through the easy attachment at low cost by providing a base plate which is connected with lead wires of the solenoids for switching the attitudes of a sorting claw and is mounted on a unit main body. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid 62 is exchanged in the following actions. First, the one end terminal of a lead wire 67 of the solenoid 62 to be exchanged is removed from a base plate 63 through loosening a vis 68, and the base plate is removed from a unit main body 63 through loosening a vis 66 for attaching the base plate 63 to the main body 61. Next, the vis 64 for fixing the solenoid 62 is loosened, thus removing the solenoid 62 to be exchanged form the unit main body 62. Also, the solenoid 62 can be mounted in the reversed actions to those mentioned above. In assembling, the solenoids 62 are mounted on the sorter together with a drive unit 60, so that the work operation is made easy compared with the case where the solenoids are independently mounted. Furthermore, in the case where there occurs failure on one of the solenoids 62, only the failed one can be exchanged, which reduces the cost required for its maintenance.</p> |
