<p>An electronic apparatus and a recorder and/or reproducer of a recording medium where each circuit board is put in always earthed condition and the charge of the device body with static electricity is prevented by a shield member connected to an earth member, by having a recording and/or reproducing part which has a first circuit board having an earth potential part, a cover body which is provided rotatably at the recording and/or reproducing part and has a second circuit board connected with the first circuit board and a shield member connected to the earth potential part, a holder which is made of metallic material and moves between the position where a recording medium is mounted to the recording and/or reproducing part and the position where it is separated from the recording and/or reproducing part by the rotating operation of the cover body, and a member for earth which is made of a metallic plate, has an engaging part to engage with the shield member and an abutting part to abut on the holder, is connected to the shield member and energizes the cover body in the direction where it rotates from the device body.</p> |
