The device comprises a cylindrical casing with a reception chamber for a lubricant reserve, a machine connection part with a lubricant supply channel, an positioning butt in the reception chamber, and an electro-motor drive in a drive chamber of the upper casing part. The electro-motor consists of an electro motor and a gearing, and comprises a cylindrical drive casing. A thread spindle of the electro-motor drive extends eccentrically from the drive casing. The electro-motor drive is arranged eccentrically in the drive chamber so, that the thread spindle projects centrically into the reception chamber. The upper and lower casing part are separable, and are joined through screws.
