The stand (2) is pivot mounted on a first axle (9) crosswise to a threaded spindle (6). The middle of the stand between the spindle nut (7) and the stand's foot (3) has an articulated arm (11) raised by the threaded spindle and pivot mounted on a second pivot axle (12) parallel to the first axle. The free end of the articulated arm has a support. The stand and articulated arm are aligned by a crank (19) on the end of the threaded spindle. The free end of the articulated arm has a hollow cylindrical insertion pin (15) inserted into a sleeve on the vehicle and pivotally held on an axis parallel to the two pivot axles.
