The movable control (10) is fixed to a connecting rod (15) movable longitudinally (14) by a handle, between at least one closed and one release position. The counter piece has at least one lever (30,30') movable laterally to the control's path. The lever has a hook opening (33,33') defined by an outer hook arm (31,31') on its side facing away from the lever's pivot bearing (46). The counter piece has a fixed housing (21) with a slide guide (25) for the pivot bearing. When closed the hooked lever swivels towards the control until its hook opening contains the control and its outer hook arm protrudes in front of the control. When opened, the hooked lever swivels away from the control until its outer hook arm leaves the control's path.
