摘要 |
FIELD: manufacture of parts of antifriction application operating under conditions of lubrication and semidry friction. SUBSTANCE: the offered sintered composite material contains, wt.%: total of copper and aluminium 30-70; copper wire 30-70. Mixture of powders of aluminium and copper and copper wire is prepared. Powders of copper and aluminum are introduced in ratio of 91:9. Mixture is used for pressing of specimens and the latter are sintered in vacuum furnace in nonoxidizing atmosphere at pressure of not over 10 10 Pa at temperature of 1015 C with holding of 30 min. EFFECT: preservation of shape and sizes of article from sintered composite material based on copper with reduced cost and preserved antifriction properties. 1 tbl
