FIELD: flame machining of materials; gas cutters and torches. SUBSTANCE: gas cutter body contains system of passages including two gas supply passages. Two adjusting valves for shutting off the gas supply passages are screwed into body. Sectional body consists of two parts: one part is used as a handle containing gas supply passages, while the other one, is provided with adjusting valves. At least one part of body is made in the form of section of constant profile along length of section; its axis is perpendicular to axes of gas supply passages. Parts of body are interconnected by means of detachable joint in the form of threaded bush, for example. Parts of body are manufactured by plastic metal working followed by cutting into measured lengths. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 9 dwgr
