HYDRAULIC CLUTCH WITH LOBE ROTARY PUMP

FIELD: mechanical engineering; mechanical transmissions. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic clutch with lobe rotary pump has stator accommodating bladed rotor installed in stator for rotation and for building zone of high and low pressures of liquid, safety valve between above indicated zones and spool valve installed for separating the zones. Intermediate member with inner cylindrical surface is installed between stator and rotor with clearance. Intermediate member is installed for diametric displacement in stator guides. Cylindrical cups with inserts are in rotor housing. Inserts engage with blades which are secured inside rotor on free axle for radial and angular displacement in inserts relative to rotor. Intermediate member is loaded by spring in central position to bring axes in alignment with thrusting against adjusting screw at opposite side and is furnished with check valve at side of low pressure zone. Improved operation is provided owing to the fact that blades are radially secured in hollow rotor on free axle with provision of constant contact of blades. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 6 dwg
