FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport facilities for smooth regulation of rotational speed. SUBSTANCE: variable-speed drive includes housing 1, input shaft 2, output shafts 3 , kinematic power flux divider 4, kinematic adders 5, bevel gears 6 of first group connected with outputs of kinematic power flux divider 4 by means of gears 12; bevel gears 7 of second group connected with outputs of power flux kinematic adders 5 by means of gears 13. Intermediate unit 8 is made in the form of disc fitted on axle 9 and assembled from wedge-shaped plates mounted for motion along axis of disc; this unit is engageable with bevel gears 6 and 7. Power flux kinematic divider 4 and power flux kinematic adders 5 are made in the form of gear trains 10 and 11. Bevel gears 6 and 7 are provided with device (not shown) for their motion over generatrices of intermediate unit 8 for change of gear ratio. Bevel gears 7 are provided with device (not shown) for differentiating the respective output shafts 3. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and improved characteristics of variable-speed drive. 3 cl, 6 dwg
