FIELD: pressure shaping. SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with bearing cone mounted on it. Separator with deforming members is mounted on bearing cone for motion in axial direction. Secured immovably on separator in front of deforming members is ship remover made in the form of multi-lobe rotor with flexible blades which are received by slots of hub made at negative angle relative to longitudinal axis of tool; they are machined for diameter exceeding that of hole to be treated. In the course of burnishing when chip remover enters the hole being treated, chip remover moves separator with deforming members on bearing cone. EFFECT: automatic moving of separator with deforming rollers on bearing cone at the beginning of treatment and keeping the separator against sagging in removal of tool after burnishing. 1 dwgn
