The cable tree mfg. method has the cable leads adhered to an insulating carrier foil and provided with plugs, before fitting the carrier foil to a stable carrier. At least some of the cable wires are provided by un-insulated filament wires (24,25) applied to the carrier foil via an adhesive layer in a required layout, before application of an insulating protective foil (27) adhered to the foil carrier by applied pressure, or a protective lacquer coating.
