<p>A fuel filter is disclosed which comprises a filter element 47 located within a housing 28. A fuel pump is arranged to draw fuel from a fuel tank 10 to the dirty side of the filter element 47, and to supply fuel from the clean side of the filter element 47 to a high pressure pump 14.
