FIELD: processing of plant substances in food and forest-husbandry industries; may be used when breaking up of cedar nuts for their shelling. SUBSTANCE: method is designed for preparation of new products - shelled kernels of cedar nuts, their shells and derivatives. Method includes action of environment before and after breaking up.
