<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, rapidly and rigidly cover an outer periphery of a radially enlarged part with a fluororesin tube release inhibiting ring as a joint after the vicinity of an end of the tube is radially enlarged. SOLUTION: To make a tube joint executed for release inhibiting by forming a radially enlarged part of a fluororesin tube 1 and covering its outside with a ring, an outer periphery of the enlarged part 1a of the tube 1 obtained by radially enlarging the vicinity of an end of the tube 1 by a radially enlarging jig 2 is covered with a release inhibiting fluororesin ring 3 having higher melting point than that of the tube 1, an electromagnetic heating cylinder 4 is detachably disposed at an outside of the ring 3, and an electromagnetic coupling coil L is further disposed around its periphery. Thus, the ring 3 is heated and welded to the outer periphery of the part 1a at a heated welded part 5 of oppositely contact surfaces of the both by means of conduction heat transmitted from the cylinder 4 receiving alternating magnetic field from the coil L to heat in a thickness direction of the ring 3.</p> |
