<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Perilla frutescens liquor good in flavor from Perilla frutescens as a raw material. SOLUTION: This Perilla frutescens liquor is obtained by extracting Perilla frutescens with water in the presence of citric acid, removing the residues of the Perilla frutescens, adding sugar to the extract, heating the mixture, and subsequently fermenting the treated mixture at the ordinary temperature in a dark place.</p> |
