PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment machine which can dry garbage by heating at low temperatures and is simple and compact. SOLUTION: In the use of a garbage treatment machine, when garbage is dropped from a sink 3 into a main body 1 and a motor 6 is actuated, the garbage is crushed by a blade 4 fixed to a rotor 5. The crushed garbage passes through a hole 8 bored in a plate 7 to reach a temporary storage part 9 and, when a lid 13 is opened, is dropped into a drawer 16 to be received. When the drawer 16 is removed from the main body 1, the lid 13 is closed, and the crushed garbage is stored in the storage part 9. When a catalyst burner 23 and a blower 25 are operated, heated air flows in an air passage 22 and is introduced from a vent hole 17 into the drawer 16 to dry the crushed garbage. After drying, the drawer 16 is extracted from the main body 1, and the garbage is discarded. |
