<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse the waste water from a flue gas desulfurizer as industrial water and to remarkably reduce the consumption of industrial water by circulating the water recovered in a desalting stage to the desulfurizer. SOLUTION: The heavy metal, fluorine, etc., are deposited as solid matter from the waste water from a wet stck gas desulfurizer, the solid matter is separated from the waste water, the pH of the treated waste water is regulated. Meanwhile, the fine solid matter contained in the waste water is separated by a precision filter membrane, and the salts dissolved in the treated waste water are separated with a reverse-osmosis membrane. The sludgy solid matter obtained is mixed with a concd. salt-contg. water, the mixture is dried into powdery solid matter, cement, fly ash and water are added to the powdery solid matter and kneaded, and then the admixture is caked. Accordingly, the solidified foreign matter of heavy metal, etc., is removed from the waste water, the fine solid matter is also separated and removed from the waste water, and further the salts of chlorine, etc., are separated and removed from the waste water.</p> |
