<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture a denture with dental plate having excellent fitting accuracy by starting the polymn. of a resin for a dental plate from a mucous membrane surface side by a simple operation even when any of polymn. method of any among a wet heat polymn. method, dry heat polymn. method, microwave polymn. method, etc., is used. SOLUTION: This method consists in manufacturing a wax denture on a plaster cast, investing this wax denture together with this plaster cast in a flask by using plaster for investment, loading the resin for the glutinous rice cake-like dental plate into the gap part of the dental plate obtd. by soldering and subjecting the resin to polymn. under heating. In such a case, a coating material contg. one or >=2 kinds of iron salt, copper salt or cobalt salt is applied on the surface of the plaster cast prior to loading of the resin for the dental plate. The resin for the dental plate consisting of a powder agent contg. a methacrylate polymer, barbituric acid deriv. and org. peroxide compd. and a liquid agent contg. a monomethacrylate monomer, a crosslinking agent and quaternary ammonium chloride is used as the resin for the dental plate.</p> |
