PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a paste food, good in texture and having elasticity by finely dividing a marine product such as a crab or a lobster or a shrimp and mixing the resultant fragments with an Awayuki (a snow white jelly), etc., of albumen due to a conventional food which uses the marine product in an intact figure or a ground meant thereof, may resultantly hold a shape or lose the shape as the marine product and is incapable of adapting to conditions of the shape left to some extent and good in taste. SOLUTION: Fragments of a marine product meat can be mixed with an Awayuki and a dogtooth violet starch 4 and seasonings 5, 6 and 7 can then be added thereto to produce a paste food 3A in which the fragments of the marine product meat in a state of the left fragments thereof are kneaded. The paste food 3A is puffy and has elasticity by actions of the Awayuki 1. |
