<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an exercise-loading device, for determining a desired load optimum for the physical body with no application of any appreciably high load to the physical body during every physical exercise, and for controlling the load to the exercise-loading device in order to apply the desired load to the physical body. SOLUTION: When a break point F of increase in a labor strength value calculated by a labor strength calculating means 82 occurs as the load applied to a physical body is increased by an initial load increasing means 84 during an initial stage of an exercise period, a desired labor strength value determining means 86 determines a desired labor strength value PRPM based on the break point F. Further, an exercise-load adjusting means 90 stops increasing of the load by the initial load increasing means 84, and a load of an ergometor is adjusted as if an actual labor strength value PRP follows the desired labor strength PRPM. Accordingly, an optimum load is determined with no application of any appreciably high load to the physical body during every physical exercise, and the load of an exercise-loading device is controlled so as to apply its desired load.</p> |
