摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an inorganic filler particle usable with approximately the same function as a new one while retaining the particle structure and the particle size by treating a power containing thermally melted and aggregated matters of the inorganic filler particle by impact method in gas current at high velocity while retaining the inorganic filler particle shape and then crushing the thermally melted and aggregated matters. SOLUTION: In the case of recovering an inorganic filler from a resin composition which contains the filler filled with silica, alumina, etc., powder and is used as plastic products and parts for electronic appliances, the filler is recovered through a process of thermally decomposing the resin component. The recovered filler contains aggregated matters formed by thermal aggregation of the particles of the filler. At the time of regenerating the powder of the filler particle containing thermally aggregated matters, the powder is subjected to impact treatment in gas current at high velocity to crush the thermally melted and aggregated matters. The gas current pressure containing the powder in the impact treatment in the gas current at high velocity is preferably within 0.2-2.0kg/cm<2> .</p>
