<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly adjust the contact pressure of a knife by measuring the pressure to be applied to each support mechanism or a clearance adjustment mechanism in cutting a sheet material, and operating the clearance adjustment mechanism based on the measured pressure to adjust the contact pressure. SOLUTION: An amplifier 206 for the peak hold of a circuit 200A keeps the peak value when a paper sheet 1 is cut by a knife 20 among the pressure signals detected by a pressure sensor 110 arranged on a clearance adjustment mechanism on the right end, and transmits the peak value to an amplifier 201. A comparator 203 compares the pressure signal with the contact pressure set value. When the pressure signal is larger than the contact pressure set value, a motor 80 of the clearance adjustment mechanism on the right end is driven through a drive part driver 205, a screw 82 is retracted, and the clearance between the knife 20 on the right end side and a plain rotor 40 is increased.</p> |
