<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect obstacles in a wide area by means of one obstacle sensing sensor. SOLUTION: An obstacle sensing sensor 6 is installed at the tip part of a first link 23. The first link 23 and a second link 25 which are rotatably supported by a pin are coupled to each other, and the second link 5 is coupled to a steering rotating member 28 through an insert/removal pin mechanism 30. The steering rotating member 28 rotates when maneuvering a steering ring 2. When the steering rotating member 28 rotates, the links 25 and 23 rotate so that the obstacle sensing sensor 6 oscillates to detect obstacles in a wide area.</p> |
