PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing property by improving antistatic property and improve slip resistance as well as scratch resistance by a method wherein the hardened surface coat layer of thermosetting resin, containing antistatic agent consisting of an anion based surface activate agent, is laminated on one side of a polyester film. SOLUTION: A polyester film for laminating on metallic sheet is produced by laminating the cured surface coat layer of a thermosetting resin, containing antistatic agent consisting of one kind or more of anion based surface activate agent, on one side of a polyester film. The preferable examples of the thermosetting resin are epoxy resin, phenol resin melamine resin and the like while the antistatic agent is consisting of anion based surface activate agent and, especially, sulfonic acid type anion based interface activating agent, soluble in methanol and having a melting point (softening point) of about 70 deg.C, is preferable. Further, 0.3-5wt.% of the antistatic agent is preferable in terms of solid content ratio with respect to the surface coat layer and 1-3wt.% of the same is more preferable. |
