PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drop snow cover on a roof by covering the whole roof by winding a specific sheet-like material round rotary shafts arranged in a top part and eaves edge parts of the roof, and endlessly moving them along an inclination of the roof in a conveyor system. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 3 is arranged in a root top part, and rotary shafts 2 are arranged in eaves edge parts, and a sheet-like material 1 is endlessly wound between the rotary shafts 2 and 2 through the rotary shaft 3 or between the rotary shafts 3 and 2, and the whole roof is covered. The sheet-like material 1 is formed in such a way that tensile rigidity of 1×10<3> to 4×10<5> kgf/m is imparted and a friction coefficient is set not more than 0.4 and a contact angle of a surface with water is set not less than 60 deg. and a polyester fiber textile is covered with vinyl chloride resin and a fluorine film of PVdF is laminated on a surface layer. For example, when a sensor detects a fallen snow load 10kgf/m<2> , the rotary shafts 2 are automatically rotated, and the sheet-like material 1 is moved by a roof length, and a blade is also arranged, and ice and snow sticking to the sheet-like material 1 are scraped away. Therefore, snow cover not less than 10cm can be prevented.
