PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a carrier tape carrying part at high speed by providing a tape feeding motor to rotate a sprocket wheel in the carrier tape carrying part, measuring a rotational quantity of the sprocket wheel, and controlling the tape feeding motor. SOLUTION: An encoder 47 to control operation of a tape feeding motor 44 by detecting a rotational quantity of a rotary disk 45, is composed of the rotary disk 45 and a slit detector 46. Driving force transmitted to a belt 48 is imparted to a positioning wheel 42 and a feeding wheel 43, and these rotate by interlocking with each other. Since both of these engage with sprocket holes 21b of a carrier tape 21, the carrier tape 21 is carried forward by rotation of the positioning wheel, 42 and the feeding wheel 43. In this way, since driving force from the positioning wheel 42 and the feeding wheel 43 is imparted to the carrier tape 21, a carry of the carrier tape 21 is stabilized. |
