The cross sectional shape of the direction (crossing at right angles with the longitudinal direction perpendicular to longitudinal direction) of the case 26 is an approximately parallelogram and an energy absorbing part 110 formed in the rear side of a soft base material 46 is arranged between the case 26 and an air bag body storage part 46B provided in the soft base material 46 of a pillar garnish 40.
