PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a speed of operation and to facilitate precise positioning by a constitution wherein a means for making perforations, punching, cutting or making folding lines is provided to a supporting foil body attached to a rubber blanket cylinder in a printing unit or to a cylinder in a coating unit SOLUTION: When a process of making perforations. punching, cutting or making folding lines by means of cylinder 17 is applied to a coating unit 19, a supporting laminated body 4 is attached to the cylinder 17, a scale 5 for making perforations is attached to the supporting laminated body 4 and a supporting foil body 22 is attached to a cylinder 18. Each of cylinders 17, 18 is equipped with a fixing means 16 for fixing a part including a rail and strip. A measuring roller 20 and a coating print roller 21 are disposed to the coating unit 19. These are not brought into contact with the cylinder 17 when the process of making perforations, punching, or making folding lines is executed. A coat tray is provided to a portion beneath the coating print roller 21.
