<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and economically obtain the subject compound useful as a starting compound, etc., for producing a functionalized organosilane by reacting vinyl chloride with trichlorosilane in a fluid bed at a specific high temperature. SOLUTION: Vinyl chloride(VC) 5 and trichlorosilane(TCS) 6 are fed through a rust-free steel net 4 into a fluid bed 2 in which a flowing fluid such as silicon carbide is packed and reacted with silicon carbide at 400-850 deg.C in the lower part of a reactor 1 having enlarging part for separating bulky article 2 of fluid particles and a substance fluid 10 comprising a gaseous crude product and flow particles is led from the upper part of the reactor 1 to a cyclone 11 and flow particles are separated and returned 1 though a return pipe 12 into the reactor and the gaseous crude product is separated through a pipe 13 into a fraction 15 having high boiling point and a product flow 16 in water cooling cooler 14 and the product flow 16 is separated into a gas 19 and a low-boiling point fraction 18 to continuously provide the objective vinyl trichlorisilane.</p> |
