<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam output variable device capable of easily and simply varying the output of a pulse laser beam. SOLUTION: A laser beam output variable device has a shield plate 3 arranged on an optical path of a pulse laser beam. The shield plate 3 has an opening 4 of an almost same shape with the cross-section of the laser beam. The shield plate 3 is supported with a galvanometer through a rotary shaft 3a of orthogonal crossing to the pulse laser beam. The galvanometer is driven with a driving mechanism 5 and rotates the shield plate 3 around the rotary shaft 3a.</p> |
