<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively recovering zinc fume generated at the time of melting a galvanized steel plate or zinc-containing dust. SOLUTION: The high temp. exhaust gas generated at the time of melting the galvanized steel plate or the zinc-containing dust contains vaporized zinc in many case. This is introduced in a fluidized bed reaction vessel 1 having a cone type at the lower part and the zinc is effectively recovered by precipitating the zinc on the surface of the ceramic ball, etc., in the low temp. The precipitated zinc can be recovered as zinc raw material with an acid or temp. shock, etc.</p> |
