<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to fill gasoline by himself, which may cause a risk of ignition or explosion and permit the user to settle accounts safely. SOLUTION: A user approaching an oil filling device 17 is sensed by an approach sensor 9 for sensing user and a luminaire 6 applies infrared rays to the user and at the same time an infrared camera takes an image of the user and an image processing unit 3 takes iris data from the image of the user and a main control unit 4 compares the iris data obtained with iris data read by a card reader 16 from an iris card inserted by the user and if both the data coincide with each other, a valve of the oil filling device 17 is opened to allow the user to fill gasoline by means of a fuel nozzle 18 and after filling gasoline, personal data of the iris card are sent to a center 14 to impose charge for fed gasoline.</p> |
