PRODUCTION OF TEA LIQUOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tea liquor good in bodies and eliminated from the astringent taste of tea extract by adding an ethyl alcohol- containing squeous solution to tea leaves. SOLUTION: This method for producing a tea liquid comprises adding the alcohol extract of Impatience balsamina L. to tea leaves. The Impatience balsamina L. alcohol extract is obtained by immersing 2-5 pts.wt. of the whole plant of the Impatience balsamina L. in 10 pts.wt. of an aqueous solution containing ethyl alcohol in a content of >=10 degree and subsequently separating off the residues.
