<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce at a low cost a structural base stock high in strength and good in appearance by using an incinerated ash of a domestic refuse, an ash of a briquet or a volcanic ash as a starting material and blending an appro priate assistant component corresponding to each starting material. SOLUTION: The incinerated ash of the domestic refuse, the ash of the briquet or the volcanic ash are used as the starting material, and the following formulations are used to each case. (1) The incinerated ash of the domestic refuse, slaked lime or bentnite, cement, a dehydrating agent, sodium lignin sulfonate, resin based emulsion and water. (2) The ash of the briquet, the slaked lime or the bentnite, the cement, a dehydrating agent, the sodium lignin sulfonate, potassium chloride, the resin based emulsion and the water. (3) The volcanic ash, the cement, a dehydrating agent, the potassium chloride, the resin based emulsion and the water. The structural base stock is formed by injecting each mixture of the the above (1)-(3) into a prescribed mold, then drying the material.</p> |
