<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment composition containing a pigment dispersant which is widely useable for varous purposes, which does not require a specially selected vehicle, and which can disperse the pigment well, and to provide a pigment dispersion. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a pigment and at least one (co)polymer selected from the group consisting of an ethylene oxide polymer, a propylene oxide polymer and a block or random ethylene oxide/propylene oxide copolymer, each of which has a primary amino group at one terminal and, which are represented by the formula: A-NH2 (wherein, A is an ethylene oxide polymer, a propylene oxide polymer or a block or random ethylene oxide/ propylene oxide copolymer).</p> |
